Our Daily Diet
Our diet is whatever we consume. We need to eat regularly to live.
To maintain a good health we must choose the right food in our daily diet. Most
people are confused about how to balance their diet. If we want to stay strong
and healthy, it's important to improve our diet. Normally we eat rice, bread,
fish and meat every day. But we have to eat vegetables and fruits too. They
contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. They keep our body free from diseases.
They are also good for our skin and overall health. We also need to drink milk
every day. Milk is highly rich in calcium. It’s good for our healthy growth. It
makes our bones and teeth strong as well. We must drink pure water at regular
intervals too. It’s essential for our body. We can’t live without drinking
water.
