A paragraph on A Lion




A Lion

The lion is a flesh eating animal. He is one of the strongest and fiercest of all flesh eating animal. A lion is very powerful and so that he is called the King of forest. Usually they are found in Africa, India and Arabia.
The size of a full grown lion is 10 to 12 feet. He has very large and heavy head. The head and the neck of the lion are covered with thick hair which is called mane. His paws are very strong. They possess very sharp claws. Like tiger he has strong legs and great strength. A female lion is called lioness. She is smaller, less attractive and has no mane. She gives birth to two or four cubs at a time.
Lions are also kept in zoological gardens for public show. The lion lives for about sixty years.
