Food is one of the basic needs of human beings. We can’t live without food. But any kind of food does not serve the purpose. We need good food. It means the right kind of food for good health. It is balanced diet. It is nutritious. It must contain natural solo stances. These are essential for proper growth of our health. Though the food is good but we must not eat too much. We have to eat only a certain amount of food which our body needs. We do not need the same kind of food in the same quantity. It depends on our growth and physical structure.
